Over ons EVOLT

EVOLT is een familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in precisie CNC-verspaning, gevestigd in Hongarije, Europa.

Wij produceren prototypes en kleine series hoog-complexe componenten op moderne CNC-draaimachines (Fanuc- en Mazatrol Smooth-besturing, subspil, aangedreven gereedschappen) en 3- en 5-assige bewerkingscentra (Haas en Mazatrol Smooth-besturing), ondersteund door hyperMILL CAM en digitale 3D-meettechniek.

Day shift system (with occasional extended hours if required by production workload)

The Role

Depending on your experience level, your responsibilities may include:

  • CNC programming primarily in hyperMILL (3-axis to 5-axis simultaneous), with CAD modeling in Fusion when required.
  • Process planning and fixture concepts
  • Close cooperation with machine operators and setters
  • Cycle time and process optimization
  • 3D modeling / reverse engineering
  • Understanding and applying digital measurement feedback

Relocation & Long-Term Opportunity

We operate in a structured 2-shift system to ensure stable production planning and efficient machine utilization. Shift rotation is transparent and planned in advance.

We support international relocation and provide clear communication throughout the process.

Important:

  • Work visa process is handled legally and transparently
  • Processing time may take several weeks

Work schedule

Rotational 2–shift system (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00)

The Role – CNC Lathe Setter

  • Independent setup based on technical drawings
  • Tooling preparation and machine setup
  • Program correction and minor modifications
  • First–piece inspection
  • Production monitoring
  • Cooperation with CAM technologists and milling colleagues


Requirements

  • Practical CNC lathe experience
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Confident use of measuring tools
  • Responsible and independent working style
  • Willingness to work in a structured 2–shift system

Fanuc / Mazatrol Smooth knowledge is an advantage, but structured onboarding is provided.

Compensation & Work Structure

We operate in a planned, rotation–based 2–shift system (no night shift).

The 2–shift position represents independent professional work and is compensated accordingly with differentiated and performance–based salary structure.

Work schedule

The Role – CNC Milling Setter

  • Setup and tooling preparation based on technical drawings
  • Independent programming of simpler 3–axis parts directly at the machine
  • Cooperation with CAM technologist for complex geometries and free-form surfaces
  • First-piece inspection
  • Production monitoring
  • Maintaining organized work area

Programming responsibilities are geometry-dependent:
simple components may be programmed at the machine, while complex surfaces are fully CAM-based.

Requirements

  • Practical CNC milling experience
  • Experience on machining centers
  • Technical drawing interpretation
  • Confident use of measuring tools
  • Independent and responsible working style
  • Willingness to work in structured 2–shift system

5–axis experience is an advantage.

Independent work on 5–axis machines is assigned based on actual skill level and experience.
